One hour of group fitness – Cardio Sculpt Circuit with Spring
Cardio Sculpt Circuit is a fun, high-energy 50 minute workout that incorporates cardio, weight lifting, and stretching. The class begins with a 10 minute warm-up to prime the body for weight lifting. Then participants will move through an eight (8) station circuit, alternating cardio vascular exercise and weight lifting to provide you with the most time-effective workout. The class ends with a rejuvenating stretch session. This inclusive approach is guaranteed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. The workout will be modified to suit all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.
