Frances Uhrich - 2017 for websiteFrances Uhrich, Yoga Instructor

Frances has been practicing yoga for almost 20yrs. Realizing all of the benefits that came with a regular practice, she decided to take the next step on this journey. She completed my 200hrs YTT in 2014, and added to this by completing the 300hrs YTT from Zenya Yoga Academy in 2016.

Frances stays current in the yoga community by attending regular weekly classes, and also expanding her yoga knowledge by attending Workshops and Training. As a yoga teacher, it doesn’t end once you achieve that first certificate, she is always reading and expanding her yoga knowledge, and finding new ways of bringing the yoga practice to life for someone who may not have tried yoga, or just bringing a fresh approach to a regular practice.

“Yoga has brought into my life an abundance of joy, peace, patience and a new found love of life. I believe everyone can benefit from yoga and meditation, little steps at a time, just take the first one.”
