- Get Active
Physical activity is one of the most important things you can do to keep stress away by clearing your head and lifting your spirits. It increases your endorphin levels, the “feel-good” chemicals in your body that leave you with a natural happy feeling. Walk, play tennis, swim, bike……….find something you enjoy that will get you moving!
- Eat Regularly
Don’t forget to eat breakfast. You need that energy to tackle the day and rev up your metabolism. Make sure that you eat regular meals and fuel up with healthy foods. - Laugh
Lots of laughing can make you feel good, so watch a funny movie, some cartoons or read a joke book. Some say that laughter is the best medicine………….so lighten up and have some fun. Have fun with friends. Friends can often help you to work through your problems and let you see the brighter side.
- Don’t Go It Alone

- Take time To Relax
Stress can really make us feel really tight, so it is important to find time to relax by doing such things as daydreaming, reading or listening to music. Take some relaxing breaths.

Getting the right amount of sleep is especially important if you are under stress. When you’re tired a problem can appear to be much bigger than it really is.

Writing things down can get them off your chest. So, write down your feelings and events that occur.
